We're a pretty hardened bunch around here, fragrance-evaluation-wise, but the ladies of Sweet Cakes went absolutely ga-ga passing the tiny sample bottle around. What sets this one apart? The topnote is accented with a little-known Indonesian essential oil called "jatamansi," which adds mystery to the blend, and bottom notes of sandalwood, patchouli, and amber boost its staying power. This blend is just asking to be added to bath oils, lotion, shampoo/shower gel, and soap (I found it to lose something in the translation in candles).
